What Collective Communities Residents Are Saying

This note is pertaining to Collective Communities and their management team. Management is doing a good job keeping the community clean and together. They have been fair and tolerant of everyone here. The manager’s home brightens up the whole neighborhood and I always like seeing the manager out gardening. She is a good neighbor!

We watched our poor neglected community become a better place for every single resident after the purchase by the Collective Communities team. It was a massive change in such a short time. Contractors flooded the grounds almost daily, fixing things that had been let go for possibly decades. I can’t give enough praise to Collective Communities and their team.

I live in a 100+ unit senior mobile park. Moved in 4 years ago. 2 years ago, Collective Communities purchased my community. It was rundown and had many issues, flooding during the rainy season and extremely old underground main water pipes that were constantly breaking. Sheds were rotting and leaking. Shortly after Collective Communities took over the community, I became the maintenance manager. I couldn’t really understand why they would buy a community in such a neglected state of repair. It was clear to me after meeting management the first time that the team’s goal was to make everyone’s life better. We had contractors in here constantly fixing everything. We rebuilt the clubhouse, fixed all the flooding, and stayed on all the ground pipe leaks until we had them all fixed. I can’t say enough about how fantastic it was working for Collective Communities and watching our community improve along the way. I could go on and on.

I’ve been a Squires resident for almost 5 years. I can say that management has been very cooperative and nice, she understands and helps you in any way possible. After my personal health issue, she was very flexible in helping me to find resources and programs.
